REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

By hiring Beauty & Brains, purchasing digital products, enrolling in training, or using our consulting or creative services, you agree to this Policy.
Because our work involves strategic consulting, digital goods, intellectual property, creative labor, and custom service development, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks on any services or digital products.

- DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDFs, AI Materials, Downloads, Courses)
All digital goods—including but not limited to:
• Educational PDFs
• AI training materials
• Digital downloads

• Online courses
• Virtual workshops or events
…are non-refundable once purchased.
This is because digital files, course access, and downloadable materials cannot be “returned.”

- CONSULTING, STRATEGY SESSIONS & RETAINERS
Payments for the following services are non-refundable and non-cancelable, including:
• Strategy sessions
• Consulting packages
• Retainer services
• Brand, reputation, or marketing advisory
• AI consulting or automation strategy
• Business development and planning
Once time, expertise, or preparation has been allocated to your project, funds cannot be returned.
Unused hours in retainers or consulting packages do not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Payments for all creative and technical services are non-refundable, including:
• Web design or development
• Creative design, branding, or graphics
• Funnel building
• Advertising campaign setup or management
• Email or CRM system setup
• AI model or agent development
• System configuration or automation work
• Any custom-built digital or strategic assets
If a project is canceled, paused, or delayed by the client for any reason:
• All monies paid will be retained
• Additional payment may be due for work already completed

- MARKETING SERVICES, SEO, SOCIAL MEDIA & ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
Payments for the following are non-refundable, even when paid in advance:
• SEO services
• Social media content or management
• Paid advertising strategy or media buying
• Email marketing services
• Copywriting
• Content development
• Technical troubleshooting or support packages
Setup fees are always non-refundable, as they cover internal labor, planning, configuration, and initial resource allocation.

- PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Requesting a chargeback for a legitimate charge is considered fraud.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
• All services will be immediately suspended
• Any delivered work may be removed or reversed
• We will provide documentation to the bank or payment processor showing proof of service
• You will be invoiced for all chargeback fees incurred
• Outstanding balances must be paid before services resume or files are released
We strongly encourage clients to contact us with billing concerns before disputing a charge.

- CANCELLATION OF PROJECTS
If the client cancels, delays, or becomes unresponsive during a project:
• Payments already made are non-refundable
• Additional fees may be required to restart or continue the project
• Work may be paused until communication and payment resume
Beauty & Brains, LLC reserves the right to terminate projects after prolonged client inactivity.

Due to the nature of digital marketing, AI, strategy, and business consulting:
• We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue, or outcomes
• Performance varies based on client actions, market conditions, and external factors
Purchasing our services acknowledges your understanding of these limitations.

- SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATIONS
Beauty & Brains, LLC may modify, pause, or discontinue offerings at any time.
If a purchased service can no longer be delivered due to internal restructuring:
• We may offer an alternative service or credit
• Monetary refunds will not be issued
